The 1" 9-piece indexable carbide lathe toolset is a general-purpose machine toolset that can help machinists finish multiple lathe operations. It can do turning, facing, parting off, grooving, sanding, threading cutting, boring, etc. With the correct deployment of the lathe, toolpost (quick change tool post), and tool holders, the indexable lathe tooling set can work on the lathes with a 13" to 20" swing over the bed.

Beyond, all carbide inserts are C6-grade TiN coated, which enables all the inserts to have a much longer tool life than uncoated inserts. All the inserts are with multiple cutting edges. When the cutting edge of any inserts becomes dull, you just need to rotate the insert in the holder to use the sharp edge.
Furthermore, we carry the replacements of all the inserts. We also carry the quick change tool holder and quick change tool post set for this toolset.
