Shipping
Most orders ship from our warehouse in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. In some cases—such as custom orders or items temporarily unavailable here—an order may ship directly from a manufacturing partner's warehouse in Canada or the United States.
Yes. We ship worldwide. Available delivery methods and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
North American orders typically arrive within 1–7 business days after processing. International deliveries typically take 7–30 days. Timing varies by destination and service; tracking and delivery details are included in your confirmation email.
We use Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and local courier partners. You can select an available delivery method at checkout. We can also ship using your carrier account when that option is available.
