For an accurate bevel angle use the Bladesman Knife Calculator — input your desired bevel angle, then set the knife jig to the calculated Grip Length
THREE EASY STEPS TO AN EXACT KNIFE APEX:- Enter desired Bevel Angle into the calculator
- Enter which Support Guide Height you will use. Choose 0.7″ for smaller blades and angles, 1″, or 2″ for larger blades and angles. The predetermined support guide positions allow for quick, precision setup, for a wide range of knife sizes and bevel angles.
- The calculator outputs the Grip Length — the length from the knife bevel to the knife jig collar.
