  The CUTTERMASTER Professional Journeyman JXT Toolmaker  is Jeffs favorite Machine Comes with a CM02 Air Spindle , and a CM03P Rad Linear Super precision Radius attachment. The Super precision package has Zero backlash leadscrews lapped in way and gib assemblies,  the standard air spindle has a tightened precision fit of .0004 total clearance in 5.75 inches, cherry picked  for exceptional tolerance.  The super precision CM03P is a radius grinding spindle with a honed oiled sleeve which allows for precision linear travel for grinding short flutes, taps and countersinks, Suitable for work under a microscope the super precision package comes with a full set of cams, a PS1 Wheel kit with Braked wheel dresser.
  Toycen Infinite Single Motor Tower Variable Speed reversing Whisper Drive DC Motor,  Available with a digital readout for X and Y, and Mounted Microscope with optic measuring.  This Machine is designed to support Modern Machine shop requirements.

  The Cuttermaster Professional JXT PWM  DC Motor Tower is redesigned with a single wheel, with the Toycen DC whisper drive, designed to complement the Cuttermaster base layout - everything you need to grind ends, flutes. Rads, balls ends, reamers.

  We recommend Resin bond CBN (for high-speed steel tools) and diamond (for carbide) cup wheels to upgrade your sharpening system.

  The Patented Multi-Axis, Torque Compensating DC Motor Head now with a vertical axis, whisper drive helps to eliminate tool burning (and you can hear what you're doing).
