Fully Machined Lathe Chuck Back Plate, D1 Type Adapter for Most 4 Jaw Independent Chucks
- Need machining the backplate shoulders based on the 4-jaw independent chuck used
- The backplate outside diameter is smaller than the lathe chuck diameter due to the mounting holes being towards the center of the lathe chuck, then the recess diameter D2 of the lathe chuck still provides a tight fit.
- The back plate shoulder requires machining. For instructions on truing back plate.
