The H.S.S. Convex Radius Cutter End Mill is designed for machining rounded concave grooves, arc grooves, and formed radius profiles on workpieces. Made from high-speed steel with a hardness range of HRC 62–65, this cutter series features an uncoated finish, right-hand cutting direction, and a Weldon shank for secure holding in milling applications.
This convex radius cutter family is suitable for use on conventional milling machines, CNC mills, Bridgeport-style mills, and general milling equipment. It can be used for machining steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, and is available in radius sizes from 3/32" to 1/4". The specification sheet lists convex cutter items 2805-0332, 2805-0018, 2805-0532, 2805-0316, and 2805-0014, with 4-flute and 6-flute options depending on size.
