The spare part we offer is compatible with all Tschorn 3D Testers and Accusize SAVEplus 3D Testers(4920-1263). To protect the 3D Tester, the probe tip has predetermined breaking points. If a crash occurs, the ceramic part breaks off, or the probe tip breaks at the predetermined breaking point above the ceramic part. The carbide ball ensures precision while probing. The Tschorn 3D Testers and Accusize SAVEplus 3D Testers (4920-1263) - except for the DREHplus - come with a ceramic probe tip with a 3 mm ball diameter. We offer the spare part of a long probe tip with a ball diameter of 6 mm, art.no. 00163C006.

When changing the probe tip, make sure not to damage the seal (see picture 1.), and check the run-out each time after changing the probe tip (see picture 2.). You will find a detailed description in the operating instruction of the 3D tester.
